FAQ

Straight answers, before you book

The questions owners and ops managers actually ask us — answered the way we answer them on a call.

How much does it cost?

Every engagement is quoted as a fixed price per phase — assessment, pilot, deployment — before it starts. No open-ended retainers, no surprise hours. The assessment comes first and is the cheapest step; if it shows AI is not worth it in your operation, that is where we stop.

How long does a pilot take?

Weeks, not quarters. A typical pilot puts one process into production in three to six weeks, with your team reviewing every output. You see real results on your real work before committing to anything larger.

What if the pilot doesn't deliver?

We tell you, with the numbers. Every pilot starts from a measured baseline — hours per week, counted before we touch anything — so the result is a comparison, not an opinion. If the saving doesn't justify a rollout, you stop there and keep the analysis.

What happens to our data?

Your data stays in accounts you control. Before any work starts we agree, in writing, which tools may process which data — and company information never goes into free consumer chatbots. We sign an NDA as a matter of course, and the human-review step means a person sees everything before it leaves your company.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

It will, sometimes — which is why nothing important goes out unreviewed. Every workflow is designed with a human checkpoint: AI drafts, extracts and assembles; your people approve. Anything ambiguous is routed to a person instead of guessed at. The error rate is measured during the pilot, in the open.

Do we need to change our systems or hire technical staff?

No. We wire automation into the tools you already run — email, spreadsheets, your existing systems. You don't need developers on staff: we document everything and train your team to operate and adjust what we hand over.

Do we own the result?

Yes. Code, data, prompts, documentation — all of it is yours at handoff. No licences that expire, no dependency on us to keep operating. If we disappeared tomorrow, your systems would keep running.

Where do you work, and in which languages?

English, French and Spanish, across Canada, the USA and Latin America. Most engagements run remotely; on-site sessions can be arranged when the work calls for it.

A question we didn't answer?
