YOUR DATA
What happens to your documents when we automate with AI
The first question every owner asks us — answered in writing, because it should be.
Our rules, on every project
-
Your data stays in your accounts
Automations run inside tools you own — your email, your drive, your systems. We work as a user of your accounts, never as the owner of your data.
-
A written list of tools
Before anything starts we agree, in writing, which AI providers and tools may process which data — and which data never goes to any AI at all.
-
No consumer chatbots
Company information never goes into free consumer chatbots. We use business-grade APIs whose terms exclude training on your data.
-
A human sees everything that leaves
Documents and replies pass a human review before leaving your company. The HUMAN REVIEW step in our diagram is a rule, not a decoration.
-
NDA by default
We sign a confidentiality agreement before any document or data is shared. Yours or ours, as you prefer.
-
Minimum, then deletion
We only keep the samples needed to build and test. At handoff, working copies are deleted and you keep the only version.
Québec's Law 25 and this website
This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties: fonts, images and scripts are served from xiontech.ca. We count page views with an anonymous first-party counter (page, language, device type) that stores no personal data and no identifiers.
The contact and diagnostic forms send us only what you type, by email, to prepare our answer. We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not share your information. Write to us to have it deleted.
For client projects, we document where data is processed (Canada, the United States or the European Union depending on the provider you approve) and we help you keep your own privacy register up to date.
Questions about a specific document or system?
Ask before you send anything. We would rather explain than assume.
